Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of “EA Gift Voucher”
The website www.excellentambassador.co.uk provides information about the services that can be provided by Excellent Ambassador Ltd. These include travel management and concierge services, as well as the sale of EA Gift Vouchers in the "Buy Now" section. This document sets out the terms and conditions that apply to the purchase of EA Gift Vouchers.
Article 1 "EA GIFT VOUCHER"
The "EA Gift Voucher" is a product offered in the form of a voucher, which provides the purchaser with the option of using the travel services offered, which are exclusively tailor-made.
Please note that the "EA Gift Voucher" and any related services must be used within 12 months of purchase.
The "EA Gift Voucher" can be redeemed by a third party other than the purchaser, as it is a product that can be gifted to another individual. In any case, the purchase of the product and/or the booking of the service must be completed.
Article 2 GENERAL CLAUSES
The customer may purchase the "EA Gift Voucher" by ordering it directly via the website www.excellentambassador.co.uk in the "Buy now" section, selecting the desired payment method and proceeding to confirm the purchase.
The sale is considered final upon successful completion of the payment transaction, which may be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.), PayPal, or instant bank transfer.
Article 3 PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The processing of personal data is carried out in both paper and digital form, in full compliance with the relevant legislation, for the purposes of concluding the contract and for the execution of the services which form the subject of the purchased product. The provision of data is a prerequisite for the acceptance of the purchase order.
We will not disclose personal data to third parties, except where required by law or by the relevant authority or service providers (e.g. accommodation facilities providing the chosen service).
Article 4. IN THE EVENT OF THEFT, LOSS OR MISPLACEMENT OF THE "EA GIFT VOUCHER"
The customer is required to exercise the utmost diligence in its custody.
Please note that the beneficiary of the "EA Gift Voucher" may be a person other than the customer who purchased it. The right to use the service is derived from the availability of the alphanumeric serial code present on each "EA Gift Voucher".
It is the customer's responsibility to promptly inform us of any theft, loss or misplacement of the "EA Gift Voucher" so that we can deactivate it and issue a replacement. This communication, which implies acceptance of responsibility, must be formalised in writing and signed by the declarant via email to info@excellentambassador.com
Article 5 VALIDITY AND TERMS OF USE
The "EA Gift Voucher" is valid for use within 12 months from the date of purchase.
The beneficiary is required to utilise the travel services no later than 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note that after the aforementioned deadlines, the right to use the "EA Gift Voucher" will be forfeited, as it will no longer be valid for use.
